Founded in the Fall of 2019 by Emma and her parents,

Just Bee Açaí began its journey as a food truck, bringing

vibrant fresh Açaí bowls and delicious toasts to the people

of Champaign and surrounding communities! In 2022,

we took a step forward by opening a storefront on the 

University of Illinois campus allowing us to serve a

growing base of customers! The same year, Emma and

her husband moved to Boise, Idaho, Treating Just Bee

Açaí to the western region!

 

 At our core, Just Bee Açaí is all

about community, growth, and a passion for serving

healthy, tasty food that brings joy to everyone we

have the pleasure of serving!
